Returns
We strive to provide you with high-quality furniture that meets your expectations. However, if you find that your purchase doesn't quite meet your needs, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please see the list of non-returnable items below.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- Personal care items (e.g., soap, cosmetics, hygiene products)
3. How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@smiddyfurniture.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@smiddyfurniture.com with details and a photo of the damage or defect.
- Please inspect the products on delivery and notify us of any defects within 24 hours.
- Please confirm you have the original packaging and supply photos of the packaging including the side with the label within 24 hours.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
2. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
