Free UK mainland delivery.
Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days for in-stock items. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier or stock-related delays.
The delivery estimate runs from placing your order and includes processing and courier transit. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Free UK mainland delivery includes eligible Scottish Highland addresses, Skye and Seil. Certain island and remote addresses are excluded from our standard delivery area. Please see our Shipping Policy for full coverage details and contact us before ordering if your address is excluded at checkout.
Deliveries to the Highlands, Skye and Seil may take a little longer. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.
For most online purchases, you can notify us of a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery, then have a further 14 days to return the item. We offer refunds rather than direct change-of-mind exchanges. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for conditions, return costs and refund timings. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods remain unaffected.
